Overview

Wæm Civ Æzvædmi was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1551, by Zlkê Tsmeshê. The establishment of Wæm Civ Æzvædmi was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Zlkê Tsmeshê electing to pay people to resettle in Wæm Civ Æzvædmi.

Wæm Civ Æzvædmi was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Civ Æzvædmi is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Civ Æzvædmi is is constructed arround a series of restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Wæm Civ Æzvædmi weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Your first impression of Wæm Civ Æzvædmi proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.

Points of Interest

Wæm Civ Æzvædmi has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
